As a Procurement Manager within Operations, you are the link between technology, strategy and execution. You lead the procurement organization that supports our three business lines — Ultra Conditioned Precision Modules (UCPM), Advanced OEM Systems (AOS) and Printing & Assembly Automation (PAA) — with the right partners, processes and resources.

What will your role be?
As Procurement Manager, you are responsible for both the strategic and operational direction of the entire procurement department. You develop a future-oriented procurement strategy that directly contributes to the business goals of AAE, while continuously balancing quality, supply reliability, cost and sustainability.
Your key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing the procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with AAE’s business objectives
Leading and coaching the team of Strategic Buyers and Project Buyers
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and partners
Monitoring performance through KPIs and contract management
Conducting risk analyses focused on quality and supply continuity
Identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain
Reporting to senior management on progress, results and savings
Actively contributing to the strategic development of Operations
You collaborate intensively with the three Business Lines, Operations, Engineering and Finance, and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Academic working and thinking level
At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a high-tech environment
Experience in leadership and team development
Strong negotiation skills and a sharp eye for quality, cost and sustainability
Analytical ability and experience with KPI-driven performance
A proactive mindset and the ability to translate strategy into concrete action
Excellent communication skills and influencing power at every level

A gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €10,000 depending on experience and performance
