You will join AAE in Helmond, a high-tech family business with around 550 colleagues. You will join AAE in Helmond, a hightech family business with around 550 colleagues. What will your role be?

As a Mechanical Planner Technical Services, you are the link between engineering, production and external parties. You keep the overview, think ahead and make sure everything is correct before the work starts.

This is what you will do:

• Prepare and assign maintenance and modification activities
• Calibrate and manage measuring equipment
• Monitor progress and efficiently combine activities
• Plan, coordinate and structure tasks and work distribution
• Align activities with external service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations
• Draw up the annual planning and prepare and coordinate production shutdowns

During your onboarding period, you will receive guidance and coaching on the job. We encourage you to continue developing yourself, both in practice and through training.

You’ve got what it takes

You are a mechanical planner who is ready for the next step. You enjoy a dynamic environment, work in a structured way and communicate easily with different stakeholders. You understand how important safety and planning are in a technical environment.

What you bring:

• MBO level 4 working and thinking level in a technical field
• Experience as a planner or coordinator within a technical environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
• Strong communication skills and a collegial mindset
• A result-driven, flexible and organizationally strong team player
