Pushing technical boundaries

Within our business line Printing & Assembly Automation, we develop and build advanced production lines in which printing and assembly are fully integrated and automated. These machines operate at top speed, sometimes exceeding 600 products per minute, and are used worldwide. Think of smart, scalable solutions for mass production, where reliability and performance are essential. As a Sales Engineer Service, you work with these installations once they are up and running at the customer’s site. You ensure they keep performing, continue to improve and are ready for the future.

What will your role be?

As a Sales Engineer Service, you are the link between customer, service and the internal organization. You make sure questions are turned into concrete solutions and strong proposals.

Your responsibilities:

• Translating customer requests into technical service solutions and improvement proposals
• Preparing and issuing quotations for service, upgrades and BtS and BtP requests
• Coordinating input from engineering, procurement, assembly and service
• Advising customers on optimization, spare parts and maintenance strategies
• Setting up and managing service level agreements
• Identifying improvement opportunities within the installed base and developing them proactively
• Leading service projects such as upgrades, rebuilds and relocations of machines

You’ve got what it takes

You know how to combine technology and communication effortlessly. You switch quickly, think in solutions and take ownership. You are able to keep an overview and connect stakeholders.

You also bring:

• At least a completed mbo level 4 education in a technical field, such as mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• Experience in a technical environment, preferably in machine building or service
• Knowledge of ERP and PDM systems
• Affinity with customer contact and commercial thinking
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus
