As a Project Coordinator, you operate at the intersection of projects and operations. You ensure that all disciplines deliver on time, so projects are ready for realization.

What will your role be?

As a Project Coordinator, you monitor overall project progress and ensure that dependencies between disciplines remain under control.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring milestones, deliverables and dependencies across engineering, quality, supply chain, production and logistics.
• Identifying risks, delays and bottlenecks before they impact project timelines.
• Performing impact analyses when project changes occur.
• Organizing progress meetings and milestone reviews.
• Aligning with Project Leads and stakeholders to maintain a clear and consistent view of project status.
• Ensuring that all required inputs are available for successful project realization.
• Escalating risks and deviations when action is required.

You make sure specialists deliver on time and that projects can be successfully realized.

You will become part of Planning & Logistics / Supply Chain within our Operations organization. In this role, you will work closely with Project Leads, engineers, quality specialists and production teams on a daily basis.

• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• Experience in a project-driven, technical or manufacturing environment.
• Affinity with supply chain, operations or engineering.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• The ability to maintain a helicopter view while keeping an eye on the details.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational awareness.
• The ability to create structure and clarity in a dynamic environment.

Based on a 40-hour workweek, you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,300 and €5,500, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• Annual profit sharing.
