You achieve ambitious goals and make an impact in our organisation by successfully:

• Coordinating the technical introduction of new products for a particular customer group.
• Giving feedback on product manufacturability early in the design process, supported where necessary by the results of feasibility studies that you perform.
• Determining the best manufacturing strategy for a new product, from the machining stages to assembly and qualification.
• Technically setting up and documenting the production process for new products, and preparing the associated specifications, instructions and control plan.
• Preparing the production TPD based on the TPD supplied by the customer.

You have what it takes

For this position, we are looking for an NPI Engineer who will make the connection skilfully and effectively between the customer, the project group, engineering, manufacturing and the supply chain. At AAE, you work on customised solutions together with our customers. You have strong analytical abilities and are capable of both assessing the manufacturing process in its entirety and drilling down to the details of the individual process steps where necessary. Apart from that, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field
• Knowledge of process control in a manufacturing environment; process flow, PFMEA, control plan and SPC.
• A good command of English.
