Our mission is to improve the world with our groundbreaking technological solutions. We achieve this by developing and building high-tech modules and systems that perform highly precise analyses or processes, but also machines which are capable of producing up to 350 million products per year. What will your role be?

We can't wait to welcome you as a system engineer. You’ll work with our team to translate customer needs and specifications into innovative designs for high-tech machines and systems. As a system engineer at AAE in Helmond, you will, along with the team you lead, achieve ambitious goals and make a significant impact on our organization by:

• Conducting thorough analysis and alignment of requirements and expectations during the project initiation phase, resulting in a solid set of requirements, conceptual design, and validation plan.
• Leading a multidisciplinary team, monitoring the progress of this team and following up on deliverables during the engineering phase.
• Aligning technical progress, concepts, challenges, and solutions with the customer.

Finally, everything we do, we do well, and we do it together. You’ll work closely with the team—including the customer, the entire engineering team, as well as the account manager, project manager, logistics, procurement, and operations.

You’ve got what it takes

For this position, we are looking for a system engineer who really gets satisfied by leading multidisciplinary teams and enhancing team performance and collaboration. Your broad technical interests and experience ensure that you are always on the lookout for innovative solutions. At AAE, you will work on custom projects for—and with—our clients, translating their needs into the optimal system and watching it come to life right before your eyes. There’s nothing better, right?! As a system engineer, you will oversee the entire process, drive progress, and take responsibility for the final outcome. Additionally, you have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in (high-tech) machine construction.
• Proficiency in English, as we are expanding globally and working with international client

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €4,000 to €8300, which grows in line with your performance.
