Our machines operate at full capacity, producing up to 350 million products annually!
What will your role be?
We are excited to welcome you as a turner. In our 'Key Technologies' department, you will be crafting high-quality technical components for various markets. Every part we produce undergoes multiple processing steps before it's ready for assembly in our cleanroom or for storage in the warehouse. Your role in this process is vital. Without your skills and precision, we can't start the production process!
As a turner, you will produce small batches of unique products, usually between 1 and 20 pieces per series. You will work with precise lathes and continually seek new ways to meet our customers' needs. In this role, you play a crucial part in creating innovative and high-quality products.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
Turning extremely precise and high-quality parts and thoroughly measuring them.
Accurately setting up our systems with pre-programmed software to produce a final product that aligns with the customer's specifications.
Manufacturing and processing products using our ERP systems.
Involving colleagues when collaboration is necessary to achieve the best solutions.
At last, what we do, we do it well, and we do it together. You will be part of a team of 14 colleagues, consisting of turners and millers, all focused on delivering the highest quality. This team combines a passion for technology with true craftsmanship and collaboration.

A completed technical MBO education in the direction of metalworking.
You know how to measure and assess products before passing them on to your colleague.

As a turner with us (based on a 40-hour workweek), we offer:
A salary between €2600 and €4400, depending on your experience and performance.
Annual profit sharing.
Varied work with different technologies, markets, and projects.
40 vacation days and a travel allowance.
The possibility to work part-time (32-40 hours per week).
