As a team lead procurement, your role is essential in ensuring that the materials needed for these complex machines and systems are delivered on time and with top quality. This allows us to continue developing and delivering these technologies to our customers across the globe.

What will your role be?

As team lead procurement, you are the key player ensuring that all procurement processes run smoothly. You bring structure, think ahead, and make smart decisions under pressure. At the same time, you always keep an eye on the team. A dynamic role? Absolutely! You will not only have significant responsibilities but also the freedom to elevate the team and processes to the next level.

You will be responsible for the procurement activities of our three business lines:

• UCPM (Ultra Conditioned Precision Modules): focused on complex modules that must perform under extreme conditions, often in high-volume production.

• AOS (Advanced OEM Systems): dedicated to small-series, advanced systems tailored to customer needs (low volume).

• PAA (Printing and Assembly Automation): specializing in automated production lines, producing medium volumes for diverse markets.

Together with your team of 8 to 10 colleagues, who handle operational procurement and office support, you ensure that materials are delivered on time.

In summary, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the team achieves its goals and works efficiently.

• Optimizing workflows and setting priorities.

• Addressing issues and determining when escalation is necessary.

• Aligning planning, sales, and your team to keep everything on schedule.

• Evaluating suppliers and driving continuous process improvements.

You got what it takes

We’re looking for someone with logical insight and determination who can inspire their team. You have experience in supply chain management and the flexibility to adapt quickly when needed. You know how to set priorities and maintain an overview without losing focus. Confident in making decisions? You’ve got it. You take responsibility while always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Additionally, you bring:

• A completed HBO degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration).

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar operational role within the supply chain.

• Experience in leading teams and creating structure.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization.

• Fluency in Dutch and well in English.

• Experience with an ERP system, and NEVI 1 and NEVI 2 certifications (preferred).
