What will your role be?

We’re excited to welcome you as our new Manufacturing Engineer NPI. With your expertise, you’re the missing piece that turns our customers' ideas into reality. No day is ever the same. You evaluate new designs for manufacturability, develop optimal manufacturing strategies, and stay in close contact with the customer.

You own the entire process, bringing together various departments to achieve the desired end result. And the best part? You’ll see your work come to life. Thanks to the transparent layout of our impressive factory and our close cooperation with production, your impact is immediately visible.

In short: ideas are brought to life through you. But it doesn’t stop there. You stay ahead of the curve, continuously optimizing manufacturing processes and solving challenges, often before others even see them. Always in close collaboration with your colleagues across departments.

You will make an impact by successfully:

• Coordinating the technical introduction of new products for a specific customer group.
• Providing feedback on manufacturability early in the design process, supported by feasibility studies when needed.
• Determining the best manufacturing strategy for a new product—from machining operations to assembly and qualification.
• Technically configuring and securing the production process, including all relevant specifications, work instructions, and control plans.
• Preparing production TPD (Technical Product Documentation) based on customer-supplied TPD.

You got what it takes

You’re the connector between customer, project team, engineering, production, and logistics. With your analytical mindset, you understand the full manufacturing flow and can zoom in on every step when needed. You also bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
• Solid knowledge of process control in a production environment (e.g., process flow, PFMEA, control plan, SPC)
• A strong command of the English language, after all, we operate internationally
