What will your role be?

We can’t wait to welcome you as our new Production Planner! Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our production process runs like clockwork. Your contributions help us maintain our market-leading position and achieve our global ambitions. What does that look like in practice? You’ll experience it firsthand, but here are some examples:

• Creating and maintaining a realistic and efficient production schedule.
• Continuously monitoring the materials and components needed in our factories.
• Identifying risks in deliveries early and proactively solving them in collaboration with involved teams. Every situation is unique, requiring adaptability and decisiveness. You see and manage the bigger picture.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our department and processes.

At AAE, we believe in teamwork. Speaking of which, our planning team consists of eight members (soon to be nine, with you on board!) and two team leads. You’ll also work closely with other departments such as procurement, sales, production, engineering, and warehousing.

You got what it takes

You’re a Production Planner who likes to take charge and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’re proactive, perform well under pressure, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. Additionally, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field (or demonstrable relevant experience in a production environment).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills. You’ll be in frequent contact with various departments, so it’s essential to ask the right questions, act quickly, and connect people effectively.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Decisiveness and confidence in making well-founded choices.
