What will your role be?

You are the key link between customer, technology, and your team. Not from a distance, but right in the middle of the action. You bring both calm and energy. You inspire, anticipate, and know exactly when to take the lead and when to give your team the space to shine. Because you understand better than anyone: together you go further.

You’ll achieve ambitious goals and make a lasting impact by:

• Leading and coaching your UCPM project team.
• Managing customer relationships, including commercial alignment.
• Safeguarding and adjusting planning in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborating across the board: from purchasing to production to management.
• Developing and securing mono- and final assemblies, tooling, and qualification.

You’ll join a young, sporty, and open team where everyone has a technical background, is eager to help each other, and where short communication lines are the norm. Everyone has each other’s back and switching gears is easy – simply because we can walk up to one another. As a project manager, you’ll be in pole position here: in a beautiful office (if we may say so ourselves) overlooking the high-tech production floor. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a technical environment.

• The ability to make quick decisions and stay on course under pressure.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

• A gross monthly salary between €5.000 and €8.900, growing with your performance.
• An annual profit-sharing bonus.
