What will your role be?

To meet our customers’ needs, we always look for the most suitable approach. That’s why we continuously invest in the latest and most innovative laser technologies. As a Laser Specialist, you’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and have the opportunity to contribute ideas for new applications and improvements.

You’ll operate machines capable of engraving, laser cutting, laser welding, and 3D printing. Thanks to your CNC programming experience, you know exactly how to configure these machines and execute complex designs with precision. You make the machine perform exactly as the design requires. Your knowledge and skills ensure we consistently deliver at the highest level.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• Programming and operating 5-axis DMG and Trumpf lasers, as well as SLM and LLT machines
• Setting up machines for laser cutting, laser welding, engraving, and 3D printing of plastics and metals
• Analyzing step files and assessing product manufacturability
• Creating prototypes and implementing improvements
• Contributing to process optimizations with engineers and project teams

You’ll work in a small, close-knit team of around 10 colleagues. Each day starts with a short stand-up meeting to review planning, improvement points, and safety. This ensures everyone is aligned and keeps each other sharp. And successes? We celebrate them together. Often with apple turnovers or traditional sausage rolls.

You’ve got what it takes

You’re a Laser Specialist who enjoys working with precision and takes pride in producing complex products. You’re a team player and not afraid to suggest improvements. In addition, you have:

• At least an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar)
• Experience with CNC programming, for example as a milling operator (preferred)
• Experience with laser cutting or laser welding (a plus, not required)
• A solution-oriented, proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude

• A monthly salary between €2,900 and €5,500, depending on experience
