As a Quality Assurance Officer, you play a key role in safeguarding and improving our processes. You ensure that quality is not just documented, but truly visible throughout our organization, directly impacting both our performance and that of our customers.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you ensure that our processes are scalable, controlled, compliant, and aligned with the realities of engineering and production.

What will your role be?

As a Quality Assurance Officer at AAE in Helmond, you operate at the intersection of processes, technology, and people. You ensure that quality is embedded throughout the organization and continuously improved.

You take ownership of the quality management system and work closely with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders. You are visible on the shop floor, proactively engage with colleagues, and translate quality standards into practical solutions.

You ensure that processes not only meet standards but are also efficient and workable in practice.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage, structure, and continuously improve the quality management system
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Analyze and optimize business processes within a high-tech environment
• Implement new standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Develop and improve process descriptions, procedures, and work instructions
• Increase quality awareness and ownership on the shop floor
• Advise stakeholders on quality, risks, and process improvements
• Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement and first-time-right

You will work closely with a dedicated team and act as a subject matter expert within the organization.

In addition, you bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field
• Experience with quality management and ISO 9001:2015
• Experience with process optimization in a high-tech or manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
