Pushing technical boundaries

At AAE, around 600 colleagues work together to develop technology that makes the world a better place. We manufacture components, modules, and machines for customers in industries such as high-tech manufacturing. In an environment where cleanliness and quality are essential, our cleaning team plays a vital role.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning floors in our production areas
• Cleaning the gowning area of our cleanroom
• Working with professional cleaning products and equipment
• Collecting and disposing of waste
• Cleaning offices and restrooms
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant working environment

You'll work across five AAE buildings located at De Weyer industrial park in Helmond.

You got what it takes

You're someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things clean and organized.

• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• You have sufficient Dutch language skills to understand work instructions and follow safety procedures.
• Working hours and days are flexible and can be agreed upon.
• Flexible to occasionally work additional hours or different days when needed

• Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,500, depending on your knowledge and experience

• Standard working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to start earlier or agree on different hours
