To help accelerate this transformation, we are looking for an AI Transformation Specialist. Someone who can translate the opportunities of AI into tangible improvements and help our organization work smarter, more digitally and more effectively.

We develop and build hightech modules, systems and machines for industries including semiconductors, medical technology and industrial automation. Think of ultra-precise systems or fully automated production lines capable of producing hundreds of millions of products every year.

As our AI Transformation Specialist, you contribute to that mission by not only introducing AI, but by embedding it sustainably into the way we work.

What will your role be?

You will be the driving force behind AI transformation within HR while helping the wider organization prepare for a future in which people and AI work together seamlessly.

Your first priority will be transforming our HR processes. Together with the HR team, you will develop a modern, AI-driven HR environment featuring intelligent self-service, AI agents and data-driven decision-making. This will create more efficient processes while giving our HR professionals greater capacity to support the business in organizational growth, leadership development and talent management.

In addition, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners on the organizational side of AI adoption. You will help departments build AI capabilities, guide the organizational change that comes with AI and ensure colleagues develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to use AI successfully.

You will make an impact by:

• Leading the AI transformation of HR processes and ways of working.
• Translating AI opportunities into concrete improvements in processes, systems and collaboration.
• Identifying opportunities for digitalization, data optimization and process improvement.
• Managing AI projects from initial concept through implementation.
• Connecting HR, ICT and the business while aligning with other AI initiatives across AAE.
• Building expertise in AI, organizational development and change management, and actively sharing that knowledge throughout the organization.
• Supporting colleagues throughout the human side of AI adoption and acting as a trusted advisor for AI capability development.

You will work closely with HR, ICT and a variety of business teams. Although you will start within HR, your future opportunities are broad, and we expect you to play an increasingly important role across other disciplines within AAE over time.

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, process improvement or organizational development.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Affinity with a hightech manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

Based on a full-time, 40-hour workweek, you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,500, depending on your experience.
