As a Cleanroom Cleaning Operator, you help us improve our performance. After cleaning, the product is ready to be processed in our cleanroom. Your role in this process is essential!

Our mission is to improve the world through our groundbreaking technological solutions. We achieve this by developing and building high-tech modules and systems that perform highly precise analyses or processes, as well as machines capable of producing up to 350 million products per year.

It’s great that you want to contribute to this mission as a Cleanroom Cleaning Operator and become part of our cleanroom cleaning and packaging team, where you will work alongside 25 colleagues.

What will your role be?

We can’t wait to welcome you as a Cleanroom Cleaning Operator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving our global ambitions by:

• Carefully performing visual inspections of incoming parts.
• Cleaning high-tech parts, both manually and using machines.
• Inspecting cleaned parts for dust using UV light.
• Registering orders in our ERP system.
• Delivering clean parts to the assembly teams in a neat and organized manner.
• Packaging clean parts, which may occasionally involve some physical effort for logistics-related work.
• Performing both technical and logistics tasks, while developing specific knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

And finally, whatever we do, we do it well and we do it together. You will become part of a team of 25 colleagues, all working in the cleanroom.

You’ve got what it takes

We are looking for a Cleanroom Cleaning Operator for this position. In other words, someone with an eye for detail and quality who knows how to get things done.

As a technology company, properly cleaning parts before they are processed is essential, so previous experience in this area is a plus. Technical aptitude and experience working in a cleanroom are also helpful. We work with an ERP system as well, so experience using one is an advantage. If you don’t have that experience yet, we’ll teach you!

It is also important that you:

• Actively contribute to a clean and organized workplace.
• Have experience cleaning technical parts (this is a plus).
• Are proficient in Dutch.
• Are flexible and proactive when taking on tasks.
• Are physically able to perform the work.

As a Cleanroom Cleaning Operator at AAE, based on a 40-hour workweek, we offer:

• A salary between €2,800 and €3,500, depending on your performance.
• An annual profit-sharing bonus.
• Varied work involving different technologies, markets, and projects.
• 40 vacation days and a commuting allowance.
• Day-shift work, with working hours between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
• The option to work part-time, from 32 to 40 hours per week.
